Parent pick-up or return to SACC at 4:45 p.m.s
- · All students grades 3-6 elegible; no fencing experience required.
- · $150 per student; 8 classes per session. Make checks payable to Sangster PTA
and return with this registration to your child’s teacher by October 6.
- · Students must wear sneakers, sweat long pants, and T-shirt. All other equipment will
- · be provided.
I understand that my child must be promptly picked up at 4:45 p.m. or returned to SACC each week by his/her parent/guardian. Students will not be allowed to walk home without an adult. I understand that all students are expected to maintain appropriate behavior. If a student is picked up late twice or is unable to maintain the self-discipline required, he/she will be dropped from the club (without a refund) at the discretion of the club organizer.
These rules have been explained to my child
*If you sign the above form, please be sure you have arranged a back up plan in case you
cannot pick up your child on time. Traffic and poor weather are not acceptable excuses for
late pick up.
